Part 1: Ashes to ashes

On November 3, 2010 the Federal Reserve Bank made perhaps the single most important announcement concerning monetary policy in the history of the United States of America. Ben Bernanke and the Federal Open Market Committee announced that the Fed would be embarking on a round of quantitative easing. In reality what the Fed was telling the populace was that they would be purchasing $600 billion of Treasury Bonds. In simpler terms yet, they agreed to purchase debt of the United States by pumping a extra $600 billion in freshly minted bills into the monetary supply, or, they agreed to monetize the debt.

Simple economics states that when you increase the amount of a currency in circulation without proper growth in whatever material backs said currency, you decrease it’s intrinsic value. In this case, they are trading debt, for a even bigger pile of debt plus interest. The public spin on this, is that with more currency in circulation, more would be available to be spent, thus stimulating the economy. What is not being discussed here in the U.S. is that with devaluation of the currency comes inflation, given the $600 billion tag attached, I would suggest Hyperinflation. I would even suggest that this was the real intent of Bernanke and the gentlemen from Jekyll Island, more on this in a moment.

Some may remember that post the spring meeting of the G-20, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner was the focus of attention with statements like "U.S. consumers are going to be less of a source of demand for the world in the future". Most assumed this statement was about the economic downturn and dismissed it as nothing more. The problem is the statement is about a future world, presumably post recession. So if the statement can not be taken into the context of the recession, what could Geithner have been referring to? Keeping in mind that this G-20 meeting was held among finance ministers who had, or would, call for replacement of the dollar as the world’s reserve currency.

Such suggestions came from ministers of nations such as Russia, China, Brazil, Germany, as well as officials from the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. This came as a United Nations: Trade and Development Report argued the dollars replacement. Could THIS possibly be what Geithner was referencing? If so, what might a move away from the U.S. Dollar as the world’s reserve currency look like? How might such a move be made against arguably one of the strongest monetary markets on the planet? If you answered, by devaluing the currency, you can now see the level of importance of the Fed’s announcement regarding quantitative easing.

To further examine this possibility, we should take a look at global reaction to the decision by Bernanke and crew. Brazil, China, and European finance ministers have openly condemned the action with little logic employed in their explanations, despite their desire to see the dollar go the way of the dinosaur. The dollar is sinking like a stone, while other markets are gaining ground. Once again the calls have begun for a new global reserve currency. In addition to the chorus already mentioned, the G-20 added the topic to their discussions for the recent meeting. While reports on this meeting show no clear consensus on the global reserve currency, reforms to the IMF were agreed upon that could essentially (pardon the pun) ‘pass the buck’ on this decision to the IMF, World Bank, and UN.

Notably silent in this debate has been the United States Treasury Department, or any member of the Executive Branch for that matter. What has come forward is a lot of double speak and misleading talk from Geithner concerning the dollar’s loss of value. Keep in mind this is the man who in October stated that the U.S. would not pursue a "deliberate policy of devaluing the dollar".

Given these developments, I saw it important to begin a companion series to my Traceability in a Sustainable World articles. While the previous series deals with identifying pieces of a emerging system and incremental advancement. This series will deal with economic developments and unilateral advancement of the entire New Economic Order. The topics will be related, but separated by context of local versus global, or segmented versus wholistic. While I am writing my next piece, I wanted to share this documentary so that others could see some of the ideals at work in technological advancement. There is a blend of Trans-humanist and New Age ideals at work within the scientific community, particularly as it pertains to human modification. There is a belief that not only is human consciousness evolving into godhood, but that it can be artificially stimulated. This film is lengthy, but certainly worth watching for those interested in the topics discussed here. Part one deals mostly with the idea of human modification from a technical standpoint, while the second and third parts deal with spiritual and moral issues that surround the subject. I thought a film might also be a welcome change of pace from the depth of reading material my posts usually incorporate. If well received, I may try to use pieces like this from time to time just to change things up.

A look into the very real RFID agenda ensnaring the earth

Part 3B: Is the current political climate getting under your skin?

In the three previous articles of this series I have covered numerous topics, from global traceability, microcredit, and the cashless society, to the role of the George W. Bush administration in bringing this agenda to fruition. In this article I will cover the current administration and it's members past and present involvement in this agenda. Since the posting of my last article, the Senate Healthcare Reform Bill written about in part 1 and part 3A, has been passed by Congress, and signed into law by President Obama. It is my hope that by the end of this series, readers will have a better understanding of why such deceitful tactics were used to get this bill passed and signed into law and why it's opponents are now being vilified by the administration and the media pundits. It must be stated from the onset, that the roles of the key members of this administration in the advancement of this agenda, predate the election of 2008. As such I will be moving from person to person showing their previous connections, then coming back to the collective whole of the administration and showing post election advancement of this agenda of traceability and information integration moving us into a cashless society.

Mother of President Barack Obama, Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro's involvement with microcredit is well documented. Muhammad Yunus has often spoken kindly of her work in this field, even referring to Barack as a "son of microcredit". Much of her work in Indonesia would happen while she was employed by the Ford Foundation. What is not as well known to many is that it would be Peter Geithner, father of Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, who would oversee the microcredit institutions Dunham was creating, as he was a program manager for Ford Foundation. The same Ford Foundation that would later help Yunus launch Grameen Bank. Peter would also serve as a consultant to the Rockefeller Foundation, which as referenced in Part 2 of this series would have it's own role to play. Dunham would continue to advocate for and build microcredit through out her life. It was this cause that in the 90's would lead her on a search for a recognizable face to advocate for microcredit. She would find just such a person in Hillary Rodham Clinton. As First lady, Clinton would be in a good position to advocate for the advancement of microcredit, while few would ever question the viability of the lending, or her motives for such strong advocacy. She would travel the world as a ambassador of both the United States and microcredit, helping nations like Jordan, Nepal, Kenya, and others develop microcredit programs, all at great expense of US taxpayers. Clinton would then help to bring microcredit to the United States, and has since stood as a staunch supporter of Grameen America.

As a member of the United States Senate, Joe Biden would also champion microcredit as a member of the Committee on Foreign Relations. As a member of this committee, then Senator Biden would facilitate the use of microcredit for foreign aid. Examples of Joe Biden's promotion of microcredit while a member of the Committee on Foreign Relations include the Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 2003, Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 2004, Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 2007 Vol I, Annual Report on International Religious Freedom 2004, Annual Report on International Religious Freedom 2005, Annual Report on International Religious Freedom 2006, Annual Report on International Religious Freedom 2007 and this list barely scratches the surface! Joe would hardly be alone in his mission though, as in the Annual Report for International Religious Freedom 2005 and the Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 2007 Vol I, he would be joined by then Illinois Representative and future President of the United States of America, Barack Obama.

As will be demonstrated below, Joe Biden's role in the advancement of this system is not simply in the promotion of microcredit. Many by now are familiar with Biden's questioning of John Roberts, during Roberts' 2005 Supreme Court Confirmation Hearing. For those not familiar, during Day One of Roberts' confirmation hearing Biden's line of questioning turned to the Constitution. It was during this line of questioning, that perhaps the single most infamous quote pertaining to micro chipping humans, was uttered by someone holding a public office.

BIDEN: "And we'll be faced with equally consequential decisions in the 21st century.

Can a microscopic tag be implanted in a person's body to track his every movement? There's actual discussion about that. You will rule on that -- mark my words -- before your tenure is over. Can brain scans be used to determine whether a person's inclined toward criminality or violent behavior?

You will rule on that." Most would stop here regarding Biden's line of questioning, but in the sake of fairness, and to qualify exactly where Joe was coming from, I would like to add his follow up statement.

"And, Judge, I need to know whether you will be a justice who believes that the constitutional journey must continue to speak to these consequential decisions or that we've gone far enough in protecting against government intrusion into our autonomy into the most personal decisions we make. Judge, that's why this is a critical moment. There are elected officials in this government, such as Mr. DeLay -- a fine, honorable, patriotic man -- and others who have been unsuccessful at implementing their agenda in the elected branches. So they have now poured their energy -- as the left would, if it were different -- and now poured their energies and resources into trying to change the court's view of the Constitution."

Here we see that in full and proper context, Biden never speaks to whether he actually supports or is against human micro chipping. His only firm position in this case is that changes to views of the Constitution would be required to answer such a question, which he is certain will happen. This is actually a very slick way to be able to ask such questions, without getting one's self caught in a verbal snare. To properly identify what Joe Biden's actual position on human micro chipping may be, we will need to take a deeper look at his personal and professional relationships and what if any relevance they have to the topic. I will start my exploration with Joe's immediate family. Joe's son R. Hunter Biden would team with William C. Oldaker, Joe's friend and fundraiser, to found lobbying firm Oldaker, Biden, & Belair. In 2005, Verichip would hire this firm to lobby in Washington on it's behalf. At this same point in time, Verichip would also hire DCI Group as part of it's Washington team. DCI Group co-founder Doug Davenport also happens to have a working relationship with R. Hunter Biden.

Hunter would also join forces with his uncle, James Biden and James Park to form a investment firm known as Paradigm Global Advisors. Paradigm Global would in turn partner with Stanford Financial Group to operate a hedge fund that invested heavily in multiple RFID developers. This fund would come unraveled when the Security and Exchange Commission accused R. Allen Stanford and three of his companies of running a $8 Billion fraud against investors. Hunter and James, who were involved with the companies in question would walk away from the ordeal unscathed. As a lobbyist, Hunter would continue to use connections within then Senator Obama's office to advance his business. It would not be until late in the Obama/Biden Election campaign that Hunter would resign as a Federal lobbyist, in a attempt to shield the running mates from political fall out.

Remember Tommy Thompson, former Bush administration Secretary of Health and Human Services, turned Verichip board member, turned partner for Akin, Gump, Strauss, & Feld? Did I mention that said firms founder Robert S. Strauss is a former chairman of the Democratic National Committee and has a previous history with both Barack Obama and Joe Biden? Tony Blinken a "right hand man" to Joe Biden during his tenure on the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, was also a governing board member for The Robert S. Strauss Center. The Strauss Center itself being a ardent supporter of microcredit. Barack Obama's friend Vernon Jordan, director of American Friends of Bilderberg, Honorary Trustee at Brookings Institute, and member of the Council on Foreign Relations, is also employed as legal council for Akin, Gump, Strauss, & Feld. Vernon Jordan is also a director for Express Pay, a RFID enabled contactless payment system for American Express. Lazard Freres & Co, a investment firm where Jordan has been Senior Managing Director since 2000, has hosted conferences on the advancement of RFID through investment. Is your head spinning yet? All of these pieces up to this point could be considered coincidental on their own and even some when taken together could be dismissed as such. However as we go forward in this article and discuss the appointments of cabinet members, speeches given, and policies put forth, a clear cut agenda will become evident.

Post election, Barack Obama and Joe Biden would set themselves to the task of crafting their administration. It would be during this process that the first signs of a agenda would begin to show. First, there is the appointment of James B. Steinberg as Deputy Secretary of State. As Director of Foreign Policy Studies at Brookings Institute, he would author papers advocating the creation of integrated information systems where private industry would create networks to be over seen by government monitors in the name of Homeland Security. In such he would advocate for changes to privacy protection laws to allow for such a system. Examples of such papers include Building an Effective, Sustainable Partnership Between the Government and the Private Sector: Markle Task Force on National Security in the Information Age, Protecting America's Freedom in the Information Age, and Information Exchange between the Public and Private Sector for Homeland Security. Many more examples of such can be read on Brookings Institute's web site. Also one would be wise to take note of the papers authored by Steinberg advocating the integration of European Union and United States military and economic practices.

Jacob Lew would be appointed as Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources. From February 1993 to 1994, Lew served as Special Assistant to the President under President Clinton. Lew was responsible for policy development and the drafting of the national service initiative (Americorps) and health care reform legislation. In 2006 Lew would become Citi Group's Chief Operating Officer for their Alternative Investment division. It is this division of Citi that is responsible for their microcredit loans.

Thomas E. Donilon would be appointed Deputy National Security Advisor. Former Fannie Mae lobbyist, Director for American Friends of Bilderberg, and Trustee for Brookings Institute, he would sit on the council for Opportunity '08, a think tank chaired by Strobe Talbott that would be designed to tackle issues pertaining to America's "ability to lead in the next phase of the evolution of the international system". This think tank would promote the ideas of microcredit, integrated technology systems, comprehensive climate legislation, health care reform, and nuclear non-proliferation as keys to America's role as a leader in this international system.

Tony Blinken, who was mentioned previously in this article, would be appointed National Security Advisor to the Vice President of the United States. Blinken having been a governing board member for the Robert R. Strauss Center has been exposed to all facets of this agenda and is a staunch supporter of integration and globalization.

Maria Otero would be sworn in as United States Under Secretary for Democracy and Global Affairs. Otero was president and CEO of Accion International, one of the worlds largest microfinance providers. In 2006 Otero was appointed by UN Secretary General Kofi Annan to the UN Advisors Group on Inclusive Financial Sectors. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and through such has promoted the advancement of microcredit. Otero also served for five years at the Center for Development and Population Activities(CDPA), a group working toward population control through family planning and sustainable development. CDPA also happens to be supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Ford Foundation, and the United Nations Development Programme.

Jose W. Fernandez would be appointed Assistant Secretary of Economic, Energy, and Business Affairs. Fernandez is a former director for Accion International. Fernandez is also former director for David Rockefeller's Council of the Americas, a group that advocates for economic integration among the continents of America. Fernandez is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has used his membership to advocate both integration of the Americas and microcredit.

Robert Hormats would be sworn in as Under Secretary of State for Economic, Business, and Agricultural Affairs. Hormats was formerly Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs. He was a senior staff member for International Economic Affairs on the National Security Council, where he served as economic adviser to Henry Kissinger and Zbigniew Brzezinski. Hormats is involved with microcredit projects along side Muhammad Yunus and Shimon Peres. As a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Hormats advocates for open markets and global economic integration. He is a member of the Trilateral Commission and guest scholar for Brookings Institute.

Now that readers have a clear picture of some of these appointments, and how their expertise directly reflects the agenda that has been discussed in this series, I can begin to pull together pieces and show how these ideals have been put into practice. Post inauguration, Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State would become Chair of the Board of Directors for Millennium Challenge Corporation(MCC). As Secretary of the Treasury, Timothy Geithner would become Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for MCC. MCC is a United States Foreign Aid Agency woking toward the advancement of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals(MDG). One way MCC will work with foreign countries to help implement the MDGs is through the use of compacts. A compact is a agreement between the United States, a foreign nation, and a non governmental organization(NGO), such as the Rockefeller Foundation or the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation where monetary aid is agreed to be given with the precondition that it must be used toward implementation of the Millennium Development Goals. Compacts can be set up for the development of microcredit programs, Smart Infrastructure, Smart Grids, Family Planning, or other projects associated with Sustainable Development. To date MCC has agreements with over 30 countries, and has spent over $7 Billion on these compacts.

In October 2009 President Obama would begin his push for Smart Grids domestically, promising $3.4 Billion for the implementation of a national system. The promotion of integrated information systems would continue through the promotion of Health Care Information Technology, which he would get with the passing of Health Care Reform mentioned in previous parts of this series. By February 2010, the President had allocated nearly $1 Billion dollars of the 2011 budget for National Institute of Standards and Technology to further develop integrated information systems. By April 2010 the administration would already have it's eye on traceability in the food industry. Meanwhile GS1 has their "Sunrise Date", or day that systems will be completely operational, for both the Supermarket Industry and Health Care Industry set at January 1, 2011.

Not to be outdone, the State Department would take this agenda on the road. Partnering with global sponsors, Citi, GE, Chevron, Pepsico, and Johnson & Johnson to hold the USA Pavilion 2010 during the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai. Topics promoted by the United States include Information Capture Technology, Biometrics, Unity in Diversity, Cultural Pluralism, Sustainable Development, and the building of microcredit programs in the United States and abroad.

Given the thorough documentation provided within this article, one can easily see the distinct agenda at work. I have documented in my previous pieces how this agenda is not one of desire simply by members of this administration, or even strictly limited to the United States. As I have documented, this agenda from it's very beginning has come straight from the halls of the United Nations. From Sustainable Development to NGO implementation, this entire system is about control at the global level. Due to the length of this article, there were issues such as economic integration that I was unable to cover, I will be coming back to these soon. There are also relative pieces that due to length I have decided to post in my comments section for this post. I have decided for my next piece to breakdown this system into simple explanations, expose the lies that it is packaged in, and show the full belief system associated with it. As some are aware, I have been dealing with some problems within my personal life that have limited my ability to write the next part in my series. I will be working on this through out the next week. With that in mind, I thought this would be a good time to add a thread for information pertaining to my first three articles and the subjects they cover. As such I will be posting relevant pieces within the comments section of this thread along with commentary as I feel it neccesary. A look into the very real RFID agenda ensnaring the earth

Part 3a: A chip on the shoulder of past U.S. politics

In the previous pieces I have discussed international organizations calling for and implementing RFID infrastructures through out the world. We have met some influential players and have gotten a glimpse of the scope of potential users of this technology. In this piece I thought I would bring the subject a little closer to home for Americans and discuss varying roles of U.S. politicians and offices in this agenda. It can not be claimed that the role of this agenda in the affairs of the United States was started by the current administration. As it has been helped and, in some cases, trumpeted by the administration of George W. Bush. One example can be shown in the actions of Tommy G. Thompson, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services in the George W. Bush administration. During his time as Secretary, Thompson introduced programs that strengthened the influence of government agencies such as the National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics (NCVHS) and subsidiaries such as Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONCHIT).

With both of these groups falling under the DHHS umbrella, it must be understood that the sole purpose of both groups is creation of a world wide system of information integration within the health care industry. This can be witnessed within goals and proposals from NCVHS. One such proposal reads as follows: "It should be formally designated as the official body for obtaining public advice, assistance and approval for the development and promulgation of terms, basic data sets, classifications, and guidelines for national and international use. All Western countries have such a body, and it is this group through which we 'legitimize' common approaches to health statistics at home and cooperate with the World Health Organization and other countries so that international comparisons of health needs, services, demands, and outcomes can be made." It should be noted that this recommendation has been followed, as NCVHS now collects and shares these pieces of data with the WHO in a move toward information standardization globally. With that in mind lets take a look at another recommendation from the same source which has yet to be implemented: "The Committee (NCVHS) has spoken out for many years on the need for a unique health identifier, while also stressing security and confidentiality protections as a precondition." http://ncvhs.hhs.gov/50history.htm

To properly understand what NCVHS means by 'unique health identifier', we must look to ONCHIT and their recommendations concerning such. Among the Health Information Technology(HIT) goals set by the office we see: "A nation-wide utility that allows secure and seamless health information exchange, capitalized by public and private investment and operated by private organizations". This nation-wide utility is specifically mentioned as a RFID infrastructure by the Health Information Technology (HIT) Policy Committee. While the 'unique health identifier' desired is mentioned as an individually assigned RFID chip for identification. These goals would set the pace for what the 2009 Healthcare Reform Bill would identify as the information infrastructure that the bill was looking to create. This legislation references these goals and suggestions of ONCHIT and NCVHS by name a multitude of times in conjunction with new streams of data and committees that the bill was looking to create. It should also come as little surprise to readers that these goals directly reflect the healthcare standards supported by GS1, a United Nations not for profit organization covered in Part 1 of this series.

After working to synchronize these offices with DHHS, Thompson would leave office to become a board member for Verichip Corporation. His time with the company can be categorized by the developments that were made by the company in the healthcare sector, specifically leading to what is now known as the Verimed system. It has also been speculated that Thompson helped influence the FDA's approval of the technology. After Thompson's departure from Verichip, he would go on to become a partner at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer, & Feld, the nations leading lobbying and government contract firm. Through Akin Gump, Thompson has continued to work on behalf of Verichip, in the form of lobbying and negotiating contracts with various government entities. One could nearly write a book on all the ways Thompson alone has helped advance the RFID agenda. As such, I will be coming back to him periodically as the information fits into my articles.

In Part 1, I discussed how GS1 was working toward creation of a RFID infrastructure that would integrate healthcare, retail, shipping, and all other forms of business into a single global system. Following in the footsteps of GS1, another example of RFID promotion by the previous administration comes in the form of the Transatlantic Economic Council (TEC). This initiative of the United States and European Union was launched in 2007 when President Bush, Angela Merkel, and Jose Manuel Barrosso signed Framework for Advancing Transatlantic Economic Integration Between the United States of America and the European Union. This framework is exactly what it's name suggests, as here we see TEC has laid the ground work for complete economic integration between the EU and the US. One of the key elements of this integration is the implementation of a interoperable RFID infrastructure. The Transatlantic Traceability Infrastructure Project (TTIP) of GS1, which you can read about in part 1, is also a key project of TEC. Since 2007 TEC has advanced many other sub projects working to create one market, with one way of doing business. The end goal which can be seen in the framework, is a completely integrated global economy with a RFID infrastructure at its core. I will cover more of these projects in the near future, as they pertain to other subjects which I will be covering, including the debate over smart cards versus direct implantation of RFID technology.

Now that we see how the previous administration has helped lay this foundation, we can move forward in the next piece and explore connections within the current administration to this agenda. We will see personal connections to not only RFID developers, but to the cashless society discussed in Part 2 and it's financial arm of microcredit. Some of these connections will be personal, some will be business associations which led to the election of our current president. It is my hope that by the end of the next article, readers will have a better understanding of the agenda unfolding in front of them and why there is such a heavy push to pass legislation concerning healthcare, jobs, and green technologies. As the next piece will show this administrations purpose is to serve the desires of those behind this agenda, and not that of the American people.

Part 2: Politics, Pilot Projects, and the Banker to the Poor

In Part 1, I introduced you to GS1. A United Nations sanctioned not for profit organization with an intent to tag every thing with RFID technology. In this article I will expand on GS1, as well as introduce you to pilot projects, organizations, and people working to implement this agenda. This article will give readers a introduction to the cashless society, as well as the groups and people behind it. To fully understand this portion of the agenda, a brief review of some history is necessary. Many reading this will be familiar with the Earth Charter. This document more than any other helped lay the foundation of the Green movement. It was the base upon which the Kyoto Protocols and the failed Copenhagen Climate Summit were built. It has been well reported that Maurice Strong was instrumental in the founding of this document. What is not as well known to many are the signatories or drafting committee for this document. The drafting committee, which was hand selected by Mr. Strong and his friends, was chaired by Steven C. Rockefeller. It's signatories include notable names such as Federico Mayor, Mikhail Gorbachev, Muhammad Yunus, and Al Gore.

Yunus is a interesting fellow. A former Elder, in 2009 he resigned his position with the group, citing an inability to uphold his commitment to the group due to his work. The same work that has earned him the moniker of banker to the poor, the same work that brought him notable mention as part of the "Group of 12 doing the great work" during World Invocation Day 2008. Yunus is also listed as a ambassador for Lucis Trust's World Goodwill. This is the same World Goodwill currently listed as a Non Governmental Liaison to the United Nations. To his resume, Yunus can also add Nobel Laureate and card carrying member of the Clinton Global Initiative. So what is the work that has brought Yunus such connections?

In the 1970's Yunus was the pioneer of microcredit, a open ended financial structure used to provide people in impoverished countries with funding for small businesses, life sustaining needs, and infrastructure projects for those poor nations. These loans are provided to groups of people or nations as opposed to individuals. The individuals within the groups are then accountable to the whole of the group. If a single individual within the group fails to make their allotted payment portion, the group as a whole is cut off from the provided line of credit. These lines of credit can continue to be borrowed against indefinitely, which simply extends the pay off date for the group. In 1997 Yunus partnered with Lisa C. Billingsley, L. John Doerr, and Steven C. Rockefeller Jr to form Grameen Foundation. Grameen and its numerous subsidiaries are United Nations sanctioned not for profit organizations providing microcredit loans around the world. It is through this organization that many aspects of this agenda will come into focus. To get an idea of the pull that this organization has, let us first briefly examine the remaining founders.

L. John Doerr is a very prominent man in financial circles. He has managed capital funding for Intel, Intuit, Sun Microsystems, Compaq, Netscape, Amazon, and Google. Doerr has also participated in the World Economic Forum. Forbes has estimated Doerr's net worth as over $1 billion. In 2008, Doerr and Steve Jobs announced the founding of a $100 million iFund for the development of technology associated with the iPhone. Together they proclaimed the iPhone as the future of computers, while Doerr proudly proclaimed it as the beginning of a new world order. Doerr is also a partner at Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield, & Byers, an investment firm whose interests include green technologies, RFID, health care, and projects working toward collaboration amongst these sectors. Doerr also currently sits on President Obama's Economic Recovery Advisory Board. Programs like Cash for Clunkers, the Stimulus Package, as well as every other major economic policy put forth by the current administration can be directly attributed to Doerr's influence.

Much like Yunus and Doerr, Steven C. Rockefeller Jr is a man who wears many hats. As a member of the infamous Rockefeller clan, Steven Jr proudly serves as a member of the Rockefeller Foundation, a group that has been tied with many New Age projects. Maurice Strong was a trustee for this group before his extended vacation to China. Another of Steven Jr's many roles includes his seat on the advisory board for Sparta Commercial Services, the nations leading power sports financier. There have been many financial deals made via this group that have benifited the RFID industry, but for the sake of space in this article, I will reserve exploring these for a future piece. Steven Jr also serves on the board of Soros Economic Development Fund. Through this fund Steven Jr along with George Soros have funneled huge sums of money into this agenda. I will be exploring these investments in depth in a upcoming article dedicated strictly to the funding of this system.

One of the most notable of his many job titles is as the head of an advisory board for a company named CEO America. This company operates as the parent company to two different yet equally important companies in this agenda. The first is a company named Carbon Creditz. What they sell is exactly what their name suggests. However it is how they operate that should be of interest to readers, as Carbon Creditz operates in conjunction with CEO America's other company to sell their carbon offsets. The second company I am referencing is named Creditz. Creditz bills itself as the world's first digital currency system. In addition to the cross operations between Creditz and Carbon Creditz, Creditz also operates in conjunction with Grameen and its subsidiaries as the preferred repayment system for the microcredit loans Grameen provides. What has become of particular interest to this researcher is the interoperability between this digital currency system and RFID technology, as Creditz promotes customers who choose to do business via RFID to a higher standing than other customers. They refer to this as their Loyalty Payment System. CEO America has also signed some very lucrative marketing and development deals with Applied Digital Solutions through its subsidiaries of Verichip, Verifone, and Veripay. One should also take note that during the development of the Creditz and Carbon Creditz systems, companies like Verichip, IBM, Microsoft, Merryl Lynch, and Deutsche Bank among others, were tapped for funding and development of the system.

Now that we have established an understanding of these groups, you may be wondering how this is relevant to the coming global governance or the subject of my first article, GS1. Grameen and its members are active participants with Advocates for International Development, a not for profit advocacy group whose sole purpose is promotion and implementation of the United Nations: Millennium Development Goals. A4ID also partnered with groups such as Brookings Institute, Save the Children, World Trade Organization, and World Health Organization to help in their advancement of the Millennium Development Goals, the same goals that are the basis for all international sustainable development projects including Agenda 21, a model that includes massive depopulation goals as well as massive land seizures under the guise of sustainable development. Which brings us back to GS1. How might a impoverished nation go about implementing GS1 Standards when said nation does not have the funds to update it's infrastructure to meet them? The answer is GS1 partner organizations within said countries who take out microcredit loans from Grameen to fund the new infrastructure. This is already happening in impoverished nations like Indonesia, Cambodia, many Latin American nations, Singapore and Bangladesh just to name a few.

Now that readers have a better idea of what this system looks like and how it is being implemented through out the world. We can go forward in future articles and explore connections to United States elected officials, major corporations, the funding behind the system and much more. A look into the very real RFID agenda ensnaring the earth

Part 1: Introductions

Picture a future where your right to privacy is a thing of the past. Where your government, doctor, retail stores, your home, your neighbor, and you keep accurate details of every transaction you make, whom you associate with, the amount of every and any goods you use, where you worship, your impact on the planet, your impact on your community, and any other piece of data that can be recorded as it pertains to your life. Many of us have seen articles and books that advocate for just such a world. Many more of us have read opinion pieces, and heard rumors of plans for such societies. Most recently as the Healthcare debate was heating up here in the United States, a group promoting Congressman Ron Paul published an article on it's website claiming that such a system via microchipping had been written into the Healthcare Reform Bill. Is any of this true? If so, who's behind it? If so, how far has such an agenda spread? How close are we to implementation of such a systematic society? A short time ago, I asked Susanna, a research associate, to help me dig into these questions. What was found during our investigation will shock some, and will be hard to believe by others. In this article, and those that follow, I will attempt to answer all of these questions and many more. Our investigation will show that such an agenda not only exists, but is far more advanced than anyone had imagined. We will explore the history, funding, and implementation of the many arms of this agenda, as well as some that have taken hold under our noses while no one noticed. Over the course of this series of articles we will cover many subjects from U.S. Politics to Social Media, from international treaties to social services, from iPhones to Echelon. The full scope will take time to explore, and may take a few of these articles to become 100% clear to some. While others may begin to immediately see the bigger picture. As is suggested by the title of this part, this article is a introduction to the overall agenda. Here we will begin with the outline of the subject, which is global in nature. As I have found, one of the reasons this agenda went unnoticed is because many don't know what to look for and if they have seen it, it was not recognized for what it was. This is no fault of the average observer. There have been slick redefinitions of terms that have allowed this agenda to remain under the radar for as long as it has.

No place can this be better witnessed than within the constructs of a United Nations sanctioned not for profit organization called GS1. Before we get into the redefinitions we must first understand what GS1 says about itself, its duties, and who makes up the organization. According to GS1: "GS1 is a leading global organisation dedicated to the design and implementation of global standards and solutions to improve the efficiency and visibility of supply and demand chains globally and across sectors. The GS1 system of standards is the most widely used supply chain standards system in the world. " http://www.gs1.org/

So in a nut shell GS1 is a organization that sets standards for supply chains internationally. This doesn't sound too bad does it? What though are the standards that GS1 wishes to have set? One of these is the GS1 Global Traceability Standard which requires everything produced for any use be tagged and identifiable via varying means, from bar-coding to RFID chipping. Among the Traceability Standard we also find that any machine used in production of materials must be identifiable in the same way. The same can be said for trucks, planes, or boats shipping the goods, crates which goods are packaged in, stores where the merchandise is sold, as well as any other aspect which influenced the production or sale of the product. The products range from cell phones, to fresh produce, to automobiles, to clothing, as well as anything else that can be produced or sold. In a normal world this is where a supply chain ends. However, in the GS1 dictionary, supply chain means from start of production to the end of a products life. This means they want continual information on the product long after you have purchased it. Another aspect that must be taken into account is the traceability standard that states the system must incorporate real time identification of parties, items, and events that have had a relationship with the product within its life. Did you catch that? Parties!!! According again to GS1 and their standards, parties refers to any individual involved in production, shipping, sales, or purchasing of a product. How was it GS1 proposed to identify things within the supply chain? Does GS1 have different systems in place to identify these parties? No they do not. GS1 proposes to identify YOU the same way they want to identify every other object, through RFID.

Now that we have established a desire by a group to do such a thing, one is left wondering is this fanciful talk or a viable threat? To answer this, let's look at who is working to implement GS1 standards. Driving forces for GS1 include North Atlantic Treaty Organization, World Trade Organization, World Health Organization, and World Customs Organization. Partners of GS1 include corporations influencing all walks of life including, Microsoft, Baxter, GM, IBM, Pfizer, Walmart, Google, and many many more. So many more that the odds are much better of you guessing who is on the list than who isn't. GS1 has branches in many of the countries which have agreed to implement their standards, these include India, Japan, China, Russia, the EU, and the United States. In the United States, GS1 has partnered with the US Chamber of Commerce, FDA, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense and many others to see to the implementation within the US. In June 2009, the EU GS1 launched the Transatlantic Traceability Infrastructure (TTI) Project. This part of the project was designed to fast track RFID implementation across Europe. What has remained quiet is that TTIP is a collaborative agreement between the US and the EU to fast track implementation in both. The projects of GS1 take into account anyway someone may purchase a product. This includes a section on Ecommerce which by its own definitions would make the Internet of Things a reality. There are also provisions for ordering products over the phone, which we will explore in more depth in a upcoming article. Now that you have a basic understanding of GS1, you may ask how far out is full implementation? GS1 has available on its site implementation projections which are sobering. According to GS1, 2009 was to be the year of preparation. All products and pieces of infrastructure were to be developed and in place by the end of 2009. Again according to GS1, this goal was met ahead of schedule. GS1 also claims 2010 as the year full implementation and operation is to begin, and again GS1 is ahead of schedule. There are still a couple of sectors where work needs to be done for this to be achieved. One of these is the healthcare industry, is it a coincidence that the Healthcare Reform Bill would make the healthcare industry in compliance with GS1 standards? This subject we will be looking at in depth in a upcoming article. Now that you understand the part of this international organization in implementing a complete RFID infrastructure, we can now go forward in upcoming articles and look at pilot projects, funding, the politics behind the agenda, and much more.

This agenda is real, and its implementation will forever alter life as we know it. The provisions within GS1 cover all aspects of business. There are numerous connections to be made, which will take us from captains of industry, to US politicians, deep into the Green movement, to some of the richest men on the planet, to those that were bailed out due to their "bad practices". My upcoming articles will explore these connections and how we got here. While we slept, a trap has been set, one that will soon ensnare the earth. My goal with these articles is to educate those reading in such a way that you will recognize the agenda when you see it. Only then can you be able to educate others.
